Magnesium Chloride (Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate) 100%

Directions

Adult Bath: Dissolve in a warm bath of 37-39°c. Soak and relax for 20 minutes.

Add ½ to 1 cup (approx. 125-250g) to your bath for general skin health and wellbeing.

Add 2-4 cups (approx. 500g-1Kg) for transdermal bathing.

Foot Bath: Dissolve ½ to 2 cups (approx. 125-500g) into a warm 5 litre footbath of approx. 37°c. Soak and relax feet for up to 20 minutes, adding additional warm water if needed.
